  • State Required Correction For Transfer Of All Alcohol Restaurant License: From MBL LLC to Evloyia LLC d/b/a Tartufo, 22 Union Street, Newton Centre, MA 02459. The manager will be Alfio Ferlito.     • Family-oriented 12th & 8th grade graduation/ 50th birthday party on Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 3:00PM – 7:30PM to be held at the Windsor Club, 1601 Beacon Street, Waban, MA 02468. Entertainment will consist of recorded music, live music, and amplification system. Estimated attendance: 75, ages 1-80.
  • One-Day Temporary All Alcohol License
    • Fundraiser on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 6:00PM – 9:00PM with a rain date of Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 6:00PM – 9:00PM to be held at the Durant-Kenrick House and Grounds, 286 Waverly Avenue, Newton, MA 02458. Estimated Attendance: 100, Ages: 25-90.
  • One-Day Temporary All Alcohol And One-Day Entertainment License
    • Gala fundraiser event on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 6:00PM – 10:00PM to be held at the John M. Barry Boys and Girls Club of Newton, 675 Watertown Street, Newton, MA 02460. Entertainment will consist of theatrical exhibition/play/moving picture show and amplification system. Estimated Attendance: 150, Ages: 21-90.
  • One-Day Temporary Wine-Malt And One-Day Entertainment Licenses
    • End of the year teachers’ appreciation event on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 11:00AM – 2:00PM to be held at the Auburndale Cove, 104 West Pine Street, Auburndale, MA 02466. Entertainment will consist of dancing by performers/entertainers, and recorded music. Estimated Attendance: 300, Ages: 30-76.
    • Annual spring fling/silent auction on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 6:00PM – 10:00PM with a rain date of Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 6:00PM – 10:00PM to be held at the Cabot Elementary School (cafeteria), 229 Cabot Street, Newton, MA 02460.
