  • Request for final project approval of the solar panel installation remediation at 29 Gate House Road.
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the roofs on the house and garage with a different color shingle and a request to replace wood gutters on the house with aluminum K-style gutters to match the garage at 5 Chestnut Hill Terrace.
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove deck stairs at the back and install a section of railing; install new stairs on the left side of the deck and request to repair the shutters and paint the front door at 31 Chestnut Hill Terrace.

  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish the existing house and structures and to build a new house, swimming pool, pavilion, and hardscaping at 24 Essex Road.
