Are We Equitably, Inclusively and Respectfully Delivering Services?
The City of Newton invites everyone — residents, employees, students, visitors, etc. — to complete an online community survey about their experiences regarding access to city services and programs, quality of services and programs, and satisfaction when interacting with City staff while obtaining services. The survey will be open through May 31.
The City is working with a consulting firm, The Racial Equity Group (REG), to conduct this survey to create a baseline audit assessment with City employees and the greater Newton community.
