Empty Bowls is a grassroots movement around the world to raise money for food-related charities to care for and feed the hungry in their communities. The Boston College Public Health Club will host an Empty Bowls fundraiser for the Newton Food Pantry on April 24, 6PM-8PM at the Yawkey Athletic Center (Murray Room, 35–37 Campanella Way).
Enjoy a bowl of soup, learn about food insecurity in our community, and take home a one-of-a-kind bowl. All proceeds will benefit the Newton Food Pantry. Purchase tickets online ($20; $10 for BC students).
