- Sell or Lease 8 parking spaces at 25 Chestnut Street: (7-0) The Committee approved a motion to waive the Joint Advisory Planning Group (JAPG), “make the initial determination to sell or lease the property,” and scheduled a public hearing for February 27.
- Sell or Lease 169 Grove Street and 136 Hancock Street: (7-0) JAPG has requested a 90-day extension to deliberate the project further and get more information.
