Commission on Disability: The Commission on Disability’s Funding Subcommittee meeting has been canceled. The next meeting date is scheduled for September 19th. See Meeting Cancellation Notice.

Riverside Liaison Committee: The Riverside Liaison Committee will meet virtually (go here for the Zoom link) on Tuesday, July 19 at 8 a.m. On the agenda is the Demolition Management Plan. Mark Development will also answer any questions about stormwater and community engagement.

Board of Licensing Commissioners: The Board of Licensing Commissioners will meet in-person (Room 204) and virtually (go here for Zoom link) on Tuesday, July 19th at 7:30 p.m.

    • Sovereign Entertainment LLC d/b/a Aquitaine Bis, 11 Boylston Street – Requesting 52 seats in a private area
  • Request for a Change of Manager
    • From Valerie E. Stagemayer to James Taggert, Jr. to be exercised at Cerco, LLC d/b/a Showcase Superlux and Davio’s Cuccina, 55 Boylston Street
  • Request for a New All Alcohol Restaurant License, New Common Victualler, Annual Entertainment, and Automatic Amusement Devices Licenses
    • Bashilari, Inc. d/b/a Donut Villa Diner, 344 Walnut Street. The manager will be Erin Bashilari. Hours of operation: M – Sun – 6 a.m. – 1 a.m. – 101 seats indoors and 36 patio seats. Entertainment will consist of televisions and recorded, live/acoustical music with amplification. Automatic amusement devices will consist of 1 jukebox.
  • Request to transfer Wine and Malt Restaurant License, Change of Category, New Common Victualler, and Annual Entertainment Licenses
    • Transfer from ARC restaurant Group Inc. to Thai Ledu, Inc d/b/a Ledu Thai Eatery to be exercised at 313 Walnut Street. The category will change from wine and malt to all-alcohol.
  • Decision regarding Prorating License Fees
    • Decision regarding the regulation change to prorate license fees.

Planning and Development Board: The Planning and Development Board will meet in person (Council Chamber) and virtually (go here for Zoom link) and jointly with the Land Use Committee on Tuesday, July 19th at 6:00 p.m.

The agenda includes the following:

  • Public Hearing on a Request for a Special Permit/Site Plan Approval to rezone 2 parcels of land: 11 Florence Street from MR1 to BU4 and 318 Boylston Street from BU2 to BU4.
  • Public Hearing on a Request for a Special Permit/Site Plan Approval to rezone 3 parcels of land: 1314 Washington Street, 31 and 33 Davis Street from BU1 to MU4.

The Board will entertain a motion to hold the item and continue the discussion at its regularly scheduled meeting on August 1st.
