The MBTA will hold a virtual public meeting to provide an update on the Newton Commuter Rail Stations Accessibility Improvements Project (for Auburndale, West Newton, and Newtonville stations) on Wednesday, April 10, 6PM-8PM. The meeting will start with a presentation, followed by questions and answers. Email questions to NewtonCR@mbta.com. Register beforehand to get the Zoom link. See the Meeting flyer. The meeting will:
- Review the project overview and existing conditions
- Provide a project update with information on the reduced scope
- Discuss the Newtonville station, grant funding opportunities, and next steps
