Development Review Team Meetings – Week of June 5th

The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team this week:

  • 9 Orouke Path – Variance for a pool within the front setback (two front setbacks, not a corner lot
  • 37 Truman Road – Special Permit for a third story and nonconforming floor area ratio
  • 50 Elmore Street – Special Permit to increase nonconforming floor area ratio (FAR) to construct detached 2 car garage
