The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team this week (see Development Review Team Snapshot):
- 77 Rowe Street — (47 Crescent Street): Discussion regarding potential business incubator and related required parking waiver
- 250 Albemarle Road (Gath Pool): Discussion regarding facility renovation, including demolition of existing pool and deck; construction of two new pools, new deck and a new splash pad; and renovation of the existing bath house
