Got a high ceiling? Looking for a tall Christmas tree? Stop by the Christmas tree lot at the First UU church (1326 Washington Street, West Newton). We have a number of trees in the 8- to 12-foot range — and a magnificent 14-footer. Open Thursdays & Fridays 5PM-7:30PM, Saturdays 9AM-4:30PM, and Sundays 10AM_5PM — or until we sell out. Congregation members and friends are selling these trees, as they have been for years. Inflation has hit this year’s firs as it has done so across the market, but these trees very full and fresh. If you or anyone you know has a 14-foot ceiling, we can accommodate that.
