The Rotary Club of Newton is soliciting applications to run the 2023 Boston Marathon. The race goes off on Patriots Day, Monday, April 17. Your goal would be to raise funds to support the $7500 in scholarships the Newton Rotary Foundation will award to Newton North and Newton South students in May. It is the experience of a lifetime and supports a great cause.
The race is 19 weeks away — plenty of time for anyone to build the fitness needed to finish. To submit an application send an email to boston2023@jackprior.org by Thursday, December 15 at 5PM.
