The New Art Center’s New Art Shop is now open at the New Art Center’s space on the 2nd floor of the Trio (245 Walnut Street, Newtonville) for holiday shopping that supports local artists. The shop will be open Wednesdays through Sundays until December 23, noon to 6PM each day (and until 7PM on Fridays).
This cooperative style store is run by the artists whose work is available — more than fifty artists, craftspeople, and makers of works in handmade jewelry, paintings, prints, wearable textiles, sculptures, wood work, ceramics, hand-knit goods, and more. There’s free parking for retail use at Trio Newton.
