The Allen Center (35 Webster Street) will host the first Newton Thanksgiving Market on November 22, noon to 4PM. Organized by All Over Newton, the event will bring specialty vendors from Newton’s farmers’ markets together for holiday shopping. Some vendors suggest or require pre-ordering — with deadlines of November 17, 18, or 19 — and there will also be on-the-spot shopping at the market. Access the market and parking via the Cherry Street parking lot.
“We’re delighted to host this special event at the Allen Center,” said Adrienne Hartzell Knudsen, the center’s Director. “Our vision for the Allen Center is to be a nexus for Newton–bringing together art, culture, and community. This Thanksgiving event does just that.”
