Development Review Team (DRT) will meet this week regarding the following potential projects/proposals (see DRT Snapshot):
- 104 Eldredge Street: Special Permit to further increase nonconforming FAR by adding an attached garage
- 91-93 Newtonville Avenue: Special Permit to reconstruct and enlarge a dimensionally nonconforming two-family dwelling
