  • Committee Appointment:
    • Christopher Steele to the Economic Development Commission (7-0, Councilor Krintzman not voting)
  • Committee Reappointments:
    • Charles Eisenberg to the Zoning Board of Appeals (8-0)
    • Scott Aquilina to the Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission (8-0)
    • Rick Wetmore to the Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission (8-0)
    • Susana Lannik to the Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission (8-0)
    • Robert Imperato to the Chestnut Hill Historic District Commission (8-0)
    • Deb Crossley to the Zoning Board of Appeals (8-0)
  • Addition of maximum residential facade build out ratio to Chapter 30 Zoning (7-0, Councilor Krintzman not voting)

Held (reports to be provided at a later date):

  • Discussion and possible amendments to remove or reduce parking minimums for commercial uses in commercial centers (7-0, Councilor Krintzman not voting)
  • Amend the setbacks in the Multi Residence zones to encourage preservation of existing buildings (7-0, Councilor Krintzman not voting)
  • Discussion and possible amendments to enhance the preservation of existing homes (7-0, Councilor Krintzman not voting)
  • Re-evaluation and possible amendments to Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance (8-0) to include 4-6 units, including raising the requirements for the number of affordable units in large developments.
  • Amendment to create a new Adult Day Care Center use in Zoning Code (8-0) The amendment would bring back an old zoning use. Held for a public hearing.
