- 30 Kingsbury Road to create a house–garage connection in a nonconforming rear setback (8-0) A modest mudroom link between the house and detached garage that extends a nonconforming rear setback was found to have minimal street visibility and otherwise comply with standards; the public hearing was closed. - 16-20 Winter Street to convert to three units with a rear addition (8-0) The committee supported a three-family conversion with a rear addition after confirming corrected lot-coverage and open-space metrics and noting that the two-story streetscape on Winter Street is maintained.
