- Request to change the details of the Comprehensive Permit granted for a project located at 1135-1137 Washington Street that consists of 43 affordable housing units. The applicant proposes changes to raise the basement slab three inches, lower the garage ceiling height, relocate surface parking spaces, reconfigure the shared plaza and patio, and adjust the building height to account for parapet. The request will be heard for the purpose of determining whether the proposed changes are substantial or insubstantial.
