The organization publishing Fig City News has reorganized as a nonprofit corporation, Fig City News, Inc., and has applied to the Internal Revenue Service for 501(c)(3) nonprofit designation.
Fig City News is run by volunteers and to date has been funded by its founders. We are now seeking donations to help cover out-of-pocket expenses and to support plans to expand readership and hire part-time reporters. To support Fig City News, we invite you to:

Our application for 501(c)(3) status is pending, so at this time, donations to Fig City News are NOT tax-deductible.
