The Highland Glee Club Men’s Chorus will present Harvest and the Hunt: A Musical Celebration of Autumn on October 18, 3PM-5PM at The Allen House (35 Webster Street, West Newton).
Fall is in the air! Prepare to celebrate the extraordinary beauty of autumn with warm tones of the season for mannerchor, followed by an Oktoberfest style reception with beer and pretzels! Gorgeous part-songs of Schumann, Brahms, Mendelssohn, and more along with festive Czech songs celebrating the harvest. All in the wooded, intimate space of Newton’s Allen House. Don’t miss it.
