- 399 Grove Street rezoning to a mixed-use district and to amend sections of the Mixed Use 3/Transit Oriented Development District ordinance (7-0) Discussed with the item below. Petition Documents
- Riverside mixed-use proposal (7-0) The revised project is smaller: six residential buildings with attached, multi-level garages and about 20,000 square feet of retail. The project has gone from 11.7 acres to 9.34 acres, with the “MBTA maintaining the eastern portion of the parking lot.” 45% of the units will have 2 or 3 bedrooms. Pedestrian access to Riverside Park has been improved, there is more green space and the overall traffic impact should decrease. At the public hearing 8 spoke in favor of the project, 1 against, and 3 had questions or comments about parking, density, and the need for a Metro West Regional Transit Authority bus connection.
