The Land Use Committee approved the following (see the report and watch the meeting video):
- Class 2 Auto Dealer’s Licenses (6-0) for Atlantic Car Connect, 275 Grove St, and Prestige Auto Imports, 78 Truman Rd.
- 44 Oak St Special Permit (6-0) to convert a nonconforming warehouse to six dwellings, with related relief and a free-standing sign. The owner is adhering to the historic preservation of the site.
The Land Use Committee held:
- 85 Dudley Rd rezoning and 71-unit proposal (5-0-1, Councilor Downs not voting). Public hearings to continue. The Land Use Report for item to be posted at a later date. Petition Documents
