Auburndale Historic District Commission will meet virtually (Zoom link) on Tuesday, August 12 at 7PM. The agenda includes the following:

• Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for replacement of front porch balustrade, columns, rail, skirting, trim, and decking. The rear deck is not visible thus will not receive review at 53 Maple Street.
• Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness for revisions to work previously approved (Previous Certificate of Appropriateness expired) at 20 Fern Street.
• Administrative Discussion:
  • Discussion and clarification regarding the vote and action taken on July 8th, 2025, in
    regard to the approval of the condition that the applicant return to the commission
