- Request to discuss changing the names of 18 “roadways” in Oak Hill Park to honor fallen veterans by naming all roads, paths and roadways in their memory.
- Request for an update on Planning and Construction of Bullough’s Pond Dam.
- Request for a discussion of the Bullough’s Pond Dam rehabilitation project and the preferred safety design.
- Request to waive the new sidewalk requirement in cases of 50% renovations, where the renovations are substantially related to improving energy sustainability of the home or otherwise complying with newer state and local building code standards, with a 5-year clawback provision in case the property is sold.
- Request for discussion of the new sidewalk requirement in cases of 50% renovations, to include a comparison of the costs and benefits for residents given the cost of $25,000 to $50,000 for sidewalk installation, and possible amendments or other means to reduce resident cost implications including funding the betterment program.
- Request to appropriation $2,453,904.27 for Capital Improvement Plan inflow and infiltration projects.
- Four wireless grant of location requests by Cingular Wireless: Delmore Road, Walnut Street, Boylston Street, and Hammond Street.
