The West Suburban YMCA is offering the entire community free access — at both of its locations — for pool time, group fitness, and family-friendly activities — on every Saturday in July and August. The Church Street and Wells Avenue facilities will welcome members and non-members alike for Saturdays of fitness, fun, and connection.
Free Summer Saturdays include:
- Free admission every Saturday in July and August from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Access to both YMCA locations:
- 276 Church Street, Newton
- 135 Wells Avenue, Newton
- Lap swimming
- Kid-friendly open swim during select times
- Group fitness classes
- Indoor basketball courts
- Indoor and outdoor pickleball (at the Wells Avenue Y only)
All visitors must check in with a photo ID at the Welcome Center. Free Summer Saturday visitors who are under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
