Newton Community Pride and Newton Cultural Development will conclude this year’s Linda Plaut Festival of the Arts with ChalkFEST — a free chalk art festival on June 28, 10AM-Noon on the new plaza on the Langley Parking Lot in Newton Centre. Rain date: June 29.
Professional artist Jill Strait will lead the event. Bring some chalk and help create Chalky the Sidewalk Snake.
There will be an official opening of the Plaza Pilot at noon.
