Cooper Center: Listening Sessions, May 8 & 15

As the Cooper Center for Active Living prepares for opening, they will host several Director-led listening sessions across the community, beginning in May. These sessions will offer a chance for our director, Mignonne Murray, to hear directly from Newton’s older adults, about the types of programs and services they would like to see offered. They also invite caregivers, relatives of older adults, and community members of all ages to join the conversations, because they intend to open the doors of the Cooper Center to a broad swath of Newtonians. Just show up!

There will be 2 sessions.
– Thursday, May 8, 1-2PM at the Hyde Community Center (90 Lincoln Street, Newton Highlands)
– Thursday, May 15, 10-11AM at the Newton Free Library (330 Homer Street, Newton Centre)
