Development Review Team (DRT) will meet this week regarding the following potential projects/proposals (see DRT Snapshot):
- 19 Easy Street: Installation of one free-standing sign, non-illuminated, with 35 sq. ft. of sign area, height of 16 feet, perpendicular to Needham Street.
- 121 Hartman Road: Amend Special Permit 275-07, rearranged retaining walls.
- 2 Thaxter Road: Addition of 160 square foot unenclosed porch to the nonconforming front setback.
