I am disgusted to read about Mayor Fuller’s spending plans of the past six years and her demands for future spending.
In Newton there are many families who will experience financial shock when the two existing overrides kick in over the next three years.
Many people of all ages simply can’t afford the escalating tax burdens.
Now with the mayor’s future requests for additional overrides for several expensive projects, people will be pushed to make dire decisions regarding their future livelihood.
Fuller has reached a financial spending limit. She cannot continue to borrow without override guarantees. No more overrides.
