Police to auction off unclaimed property

The Newton Police Department will soon sell the unclaimed and abandoned property listed in this public notice in an online auction on propertyroom.com starting on or after October 29 — minus any items that are rightfully claimed before that date.

Anyone who may have a claim to any items listed should contact the department immediately at 617-796-2107. To take possession, claimants must reasonably establish ownership, show valid ID, and sign a receipt.

  • Philodo electric bike, electric scooter and helmet, 2 Huffy bicycles, 2 mountain bikes, 3 BMX bicycles, 3 more bicycles
  • HP laptop, HP OfficeJet printer/scanner, Dell laptop, Samsung tablet
  • Sound dock, Didj game unit, Mophie power station
  • 2 Gucci belts, 1 pair Gucci sneakers, Gucci wallet
  • Apple watch, Rolex watch
  • Wedding ring, silver color rhinestone necklace, stainless steel ring, tennis bracelet
  • BMW key fob
  • 4 pairs of sunglasses
  • MCM backpack
  • Marshall’s eGift card
  • Flashlight, penlight & charger
  • Sales receipts for Gucci and tennis bracelet, bags from Apple Store

All items will be auctioned “as-is” and are not guaranteed or under warranty by the Newton Police Department or the City of Newton.
