- Request to allow a dormer exceeding 50% and to allow a dormer with an uninterrupted wall plane at 44 Erie Avenue (7-0, Councilor Farrell Not Voting). This approval allows for the construction of an oversized dormer to provide attic access, aligning with local architectural norms and ensuring stairway compliance with building codes.
