The American Red Cross is holding blood drives in Newton — for both blood and Power-Red donations. You must schedule an appointment before donating. You can schedule it through the website or by calling 800-RED-CROS (800-733-2767).
They will occur at the following times and places:
- Sunday, November 3, 8:30AM-1:30PM, at the Temple Shalom (175 Temple St, West Newton).
- Wednesday, November 6, 10AM-3PM at the American Legion Nonantum Post 440 (295 California St, Nonantum).
- Wednesday, November 13, 1-6PM at the Scandinavian Cultural Center (206 Waltham Street, West Newton).
- Friday, November 22, 10AM-3:45PM at the Newton Wellesley Hospital — Allen Riddle Building (2014 Washington St, Waban).
