The same Upper Falls folks who organize the neighborhood’s Feast of The Falls will host the Upper Falls Oktoberfest on September 18, 2PM-6PM, in the Dunn Gaherins parking. The first 200 Upper Falls residents who registered for tickets here — starting exactly at 5PM on Sunday, September 11 — received free tickets to the Oktoberfest the following week. Each ticket is for one beer and all the food you like; additional beers are via cash bar. Kids are welcome and will have suitable beverages. The event is sponsored by four restaurants — Dunn Gaherins, Better Life Food, Bettinas Bakery, and Little Luke’s Cafe (soon to be located in the Depot Cafe space) — and the Upper Falls CDC, Northland Development, and the Redi Dispensary.
