The School Committee will meet — in person for School Committee and Staff only in Room 210) and virtually for the public (Zoom link) — on Wednesday, September 7 beginning at 6:15PM. The Committee will enter into Executive Session and will meet in Room 304 to discuss strategy with respect to and in preparation for collective bargaining with the Newton Teachers’ Association. The Committee will then reconvene in open session at 6:30PM and return to Room 210 and online. The agenda for the open session includes the following:
