The Committee voted to approve the following (see Report and video on NewTV):
- Two reappointments to the Community Preservation Committee
- Eliza Zatta
- Martin Smargiassi
All other items were held. NOTE: There was substantial discussion about possible amendments to the Accessory Apartments Ordinances – particularly regarding allowing by-right detached Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) for conversion of existing structures and new construction, and a brief update on the community engagement efforts on Village Center Zoning – See Report.
