Miracle of Lights: a Holiday Family Festival — will take place at Newton City Hall on December 10, 3PM-5PM. Doors will open at 2:30PM. It’s a charitable festival celebrating Hanukkah and benefiting displaced children in Israel and Ukraine. It’s sponsored by Center Makor and Music, Arts & Fashion Productions. Tickets are $40 ($50 at the door); $20 ($25 at the door) for students and seniors; and free for children 13 and under.
The event will feature live performances from Ukraine’s Got Talent sensation Sofia Shkidchenko, the award-winning children’s group Stellar Voices, and renowned singers Olga Lisovska, Liliana Glik, and Alena Starr. There will also be activities for the children, Ukrainian and Israeli delicacies, holiday shopping, a magician, and balloons.
