The following potential project/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team (DRT) this week (see DRT Snapshot):
- 887 Commonwealth Avenue: Special Permit to exceed allowed floor area ratio (FAR) and extend nonconforming setbacks for the principal dwelling and detached garage
- 2 Wells Avenue: Special Permit for for-profit education to allow a day camp in partnership with the existing Bright Horizons day care center
