The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team (DRT) this week (see DRT Snapshot):
- Countryside School: Follow-up discussion regarding Countryside School replacement; currently at schematic design/site planning phase, working towards 5-58 Site Plan Approval
- 16 Everett Street: Special Permit to allow a detached accessory apartment with nonconforming setbacks, footprint greater than 700 square feet, and requiring floor area ratio (FAR) relief
