The New Art Center‘s exhibition, Recollecting Afterimages: Portrait of Surviors, is on display through August 31:

• In-person at The New Art Corridor (at Trio, 245 Walnut Street, Newton)
• Online in the New Art Center’s Virtual Gallery.

Part of the NAC’s Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) Curatorial Program, this exhibition attempts to foster communication and empathy among diverse societies witnessing and surviving violence that is a shared story of mankind. There is an online guide to the exhibition.
