The Zoning and Planning Committee voted to hold the following (see Report and watch the NewTV video):
Public Hearing on a request to review, discuss, and amend the Chapter 30 zoning ordinances by adding a new Village Center Overlay District, (VCOD) consisting of four (4) district tiers, by establishing requirements for such District, and requesting amendments to the Zoning Map to include the Village Center Overlay District. (8-0, Public Hearing continued).
