- 839-853 Washington Street: (“Trio”) Special Permit Amendment to allow a waiver of parking spaces and to allow leasing of surplus parking
- 303 Winchester Street – Special Permit Amendment to enlarge deck (20-unit dwelling allowed by previous Special Permit)
