Mayor Ruthanne Fuller and Newton’s Human Rights Commission will mark the start of Pride Month by raising the Pride flag on the ceremonial flagpole on the South Lawn of City Hall on June 1 at 5:30PM. It will fly throughout June as a symbol of inclusivity, pride, unity, and celebration for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer people in the Newton community.
