Land Use Committee will meet in person (Council Chamber) and virtually (Zoom link) on Tuesday, April 4 at 7PM. The agenda includes the following requests:
- Special Permit/Site Plan Approval to allow for construction of two Nantucket style dormers at 12 Lake Terrace – see Special Permit documents and Planning Memo
- Special Permit/Site Plan Approval to construct additions to the front and rear of the dwelling which will further extend the nonconforming FAR at 6 Ferncroft Road – see Special Permit documents and Planning Memo
- Special Permit/Site Plan Approval to raise the ridgeline and increase the roof pitch and construct two-story additions to both sides of the dwelling at 49 Lenox Street – see Special Permit documents and Planning Memo
- Amend a previously approved Special Permit/Site Plan Approval to allow a series of previously constructed retaining walls at 44 Ballard Street – see Special Permit documents and Planning Memo
