- 25-27 Lewis Street: Special permit for an oversized dormer
- 1 Ridge Road: After-the-fact permitting on corner lot for single-family residence that constructed a series of retaining walls over four feet in height
- 20 Willow Street: MRT site plan review with adaptive reuse, 7 units
