The Land Use Committee voted to approve the following (see report and meeting video):
- Request to waive three parking stalls at 776 Beacon Street (7-0) special permit to reconfigure parking to reduce required on-site stalls to 13 to accommodate an accessible walkway. No one spoke at the public hearing. Petition documents Draft order
- Request to allow three single-family attached dwellings, parking relief, and a combination of retaining walls exceeding four feet in height at 790 Watertown Street (4–2–1, Councilors Block and Lobovits opposed, Laredo abstained) New plans presented with a slightly smaller building height and floor area ratio, balcony removed, and patio reconfigured. The Committee voted to hold the following:
- Request to waive side and rear setback requirements and to allow tandem parking at 11 Parsons Street (7-0). Six people spoke at the public hearing with concerns about the parking. Held for revised plans. Petition documents
