Development Review Team (DRT) is scheduled to meet this week regarding the following potential projects/proposals (see DRT Snapshot):
- 19 Highland Avenue: The project entails construction of a new 4.5-story building on an approximate 19,226 square foot parcel located at the rear of the site, and renovation of the historic church building on a new separate parcel of approximately 13,380 square feet located at the front of the site. The new building will contain approximately 26 home ownership units, and the church building will contain approximately 5 ownership units. 50 underground parking stalls will be provided, which will service both buildings. - 321 Linwood Avenue: Construction of rear 16’x10’ three-season porch, requiring setback relief. Ward 2 Zone SR3
- 30-32 Braeland Avenue: Three single-family attached dwelling units. Ward 6 Zone MR1/MRT
