    • Vote to approve Certificate of Final Completion for General Development renovations of Unit 205 at New Hyde Development. The total cost of the project is $205,345.29.
    • Vote to approve Certificate of Final Completion for Mikes Construction kitchen renovations of Unit 304 New Hyde Development. The total cost of the project is $49,900.
    • Vote to approve Change Order for Jupiter Electric in the CREDIT amount of $5,659.18 to reimburse for addressable equipment not needed.
