Newton Community Farm (NCF) will host a forum, Food for All: The Challenges and Opportunities for Feeding Our Community, where participants can come learn about the impact of local farms and urban agriculture on food security, community-driven approaches to reducing food waste and distributing food, and how people can support and engage with food justice initiatives. It will take place on Thursday, May 1, 7-8:30PM at the UMass Mount Ida Campus (100 Carlson Avenue, Oak Hill). Register here.
