While Earth Day is on Tuesday, April 22 this year, Newton’s Earth Day celebration will be on Sunday April 27, noon to 4PM in the Newton North High School parking lot. The Newton EV Task Force will be there, exhibiting electric vehicles and answering questions about them. The EV Task Force is now seeking local owners of EVs to show off their vehicles at that event and discuss their pros/cons with visitors.
The Newton EV Task Force seeks:
- A diverse group of EVs covering different manufacturers, models, styles, and prices, and
- A diverse group of EV owners volunteering to talk about their vehicle for a few hours (from setup around 11:15AM until closing at 4PM)
