City Council Committee Chairs will meet in person (Room 205) and virtually (Zoom link) on Monday, March 17 at 7PM. The agenda includes the following:
- Discussion of the current practice of having some committee meetings be all virtual
- Discussion of the current practice of having staff in attendance virtually at committee meetings that are in hybrid form
- Open Meeting Law issues concerning pending matters before the City Council, including communications with one another, on social media and list serves, and with petitioners and members of the public
- Other topics that may be raised by Councilors

Public Facilities will meet in person (Room 204) and virtually (Zoom link) on Wednesday, March 19 at 8:15PM. The agenda includes the following:
- Appointment of Daniel Manning to the Sustainable Materials Management Commission
- Request for a main drain extension at 132 Homer Street to provide a means for overflow connections to the proposed on-site infiltration system that was designed for the new dwellings. The overflow connections will be provided to the dwellings along the proposed drain main extension.
- Request authorization to expend $750,000 from the Current Year Stormwater Reserves to fund engineering services and design work for stormwater control measures in support of the City’s Phosphorus Control Plan (PCP), as required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS$) Permit.
Rules Subcommittee will meet virtually (Zoom link) on Thursday, March 20 at 6PM. The agenda includes the following:
- Reviewing the referral of a rezone petition when it accompanies a special permit.
- Changing the start time of City Council meetings when the Council is to receive a
presentation from the Mayor. - Development of policy to honor longest-serving Councilors.
