Registration opens on February 22 for the Spring Session of Plugged In Band Program, a non-profit music program open to students ages 8 and up of all skill levels and abilities. Bands are formed based on age, skill level, and musical preference. Students get the chance to learn music creation while collaborating with others. The session ends with a concert where the bands play original music or cover songs. The concert benefits a charity chosen by the students themselves.

Plugged In Band Program has been home to creative and learning musicians in the Needham area. Open for all ages and skill levels, Plugged In fosters an inclusive environment to express yourself through music, being learning a new instrument through private lessons, or joining a band and performing in front of an audience. Plugged In’s goal of creating positive change through music shows not only in creating an environment for all to feel seen and heard, but also in their mission to give back to the community.
